Shipping and packaging : Free Worldwide Shipping.

Justopal.com offer free delivery on all purchases over US$500. This is not built into the price, so you will genuinely have the opal delivered to you free of charge. All parcels shipped free are sent fully insured for their purchase value against loss, theft, or damage during delivery. You take no risk in purchasing from us as your parcel is completely covered and you need not be concerned about the security of your opal during transit. Parcels shipped free will require a signature upon delivery.

Purchases under US$500, our shipping charge will be added to your purchase at time of checkout. International orders will be shipped Express Air mail US$7 and within Australia by Registered mail US$5 (approx. AU$7). Insurance is optional but recommended and may also be nominated at checkout, US$8 for international orders and US$6 (approx.AU$8) for orders within Australia. All insured parcels require a signature on delivery.

All of our beautiful opals are unique and they are in stock and ready to go as soon as you place your order . Orders that require alteration i.e.. ring resizing will of course experience a short delay while the alteration is completed. We will confirm shipping of your order by email along with an anticipated delivery time. Justopal.com does not take responsibility for delays through customs and our suggested delivery time anticipates a smooth flow through customs.

Overseas Customers may be liable to pay import taxes. This differs from country to country and we have no control over which taxes may be charged. Please research your country's import tax policies prior to making a purchase.

All Australian customers are liable to pay the 10% goods and services tax which will be added to your order.

After your item has been packaged it will be delivered via one of these carriers, depending upon order value and destination.
